Custom Framing From Away

Over the years many of our customers from out of state who have bought prints, have inquired about custom framing. Recently, we have streamlined our email approach in providing many choices of mat and frame to compliment our quality prints. Unlike many online sites that provide a limited selection of mats and frames, we provide the entire Crescent selection of Rag Mats, International White Core and Moorman Fabric Mats. In addition, we offer the full line of Décor and Larson Juhl frames. We provide the level of assistance that meets your individual need. We can show you any combination of mat and frame you wish to see with your print, and are happy to offer several different combinations (most commonly requested), from which to choose. If you already own a print, for which you would like to see possible framing selections, we can provide that service as well. Below are the steps involved at Hope Framing for Custom Framing From Away.

Step 1. Select a print for purchase from our online gallery then email your selection(s) to us including your phone number (as well as the best time to reach you) and your shipping address. We will contact you by phone regarding order information, shipping charges (if applicable) and payment method. If you would also like us to frame your print(s), we will begin the process of Custom Framing From Away. We start by surveying your preferences, during this initial phone call, regarding mat colors and frame styles.

Step 2. We will then email you mat and frame combinations with prices. Each email attachment will open to display a frame and mat combination like the examples shown in step three.

Step 3. After viewing each of the framing combinations, email us with your choice. With each attachment you will see a code number to include in your return email. We welcome ongoing communication during this process. Please let us know if you have a question or would like to see other options with your selected print.

Step 4. Once your choice has been emailed to us, we confirm by email and begin the custom framing of your picture. Finally, you will receive email confirmation when your picture is shipped, including a tracking number. Most custom framed prints take two to four weeks from step 1 to delivery.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us and place the picture back in its' original packaging. We will arrange return shipping and or replacement with no cost to you. We will also promptly refund in full your amount of purchase upon receipt of a returned framed print.
